        Signing up with Shapehouse was a really great decision. The trainers have helped me through my fitness journey so far and have kept me motivated. The personal training is well formulated to achieve my goals, with both exercise and food. I have been able to see improvement from my sessions, which are run in a relaxed yet supportive environment.

        Shape house has provided a fantastic group boxing program for teenage boys. Classes are highly engaging and the boys have enjoyed working with the instructors.
