Avoid this place by any cost. Staff blamed me and said to leave. I asked Christie ( no badge, she said , not even sure if it is her real name) to calm down twice before blood test, but she hurries and fussed and said that it was none of my business. Then she took a chair for herself, its hard for her to stand, but she didnt move the cotton pads closer. Her hands trembled during the blood sampling, one test tube with my blood flew down and I picked it up, and when she took out the needle, she did not immediately apply a cotton pad, since it was on the table far from her, and she was sitting. She had to get up for the cotton pad, but the blood from the vein in my hand spilled over under my skin, because she did not immediately press it with the cotton pad. Then she put on a bandage and brought ice, but it was too late. She put my life at risk. I was in pain and frustrated and had to tell her that given her medical conditions and age, she should think about another profession. She can blame me by being ageist about it, but this is reality. No one will go to a nurse, surgeon, especially a neurosurgeon if his hands are shaking. She began to scream at me and accuse me of ageism. After 2 days, my GP called me and said that I urgently have to go to the hospital, because my D-Dimer is very high. I had urgently go to the hospital on my day off and spent half a day there. I did blood test again, and not from the hand, there are professionals, they easy managed it from my arm, elbow pit. And the result is normal. I strongly suspect that Christie might have contributed to the outcome. She had a reason. As a result of my experience my hand with huge hematoma and pain, and ruined day off. I wanted to attach here my hand photo, but your server not allowed it. But I visited my GP today and she was shocked of such huge hematoma on my hand and all this situation.

Horrible customer service, 1 person working on Sunday with a line of people waiting out the door. Days after we did the blood tests we then got called to say he didnt take the right tests and we have to come back. Do it properly the first time! Its not that hard to do your job properly.
