        I purchased a ladies long Jacket from Macpac today, a great product that is thoughtfully and well made for travel in all conditions, Macpac versatlity to a tee.! Was served by Paul who went over and beyond in his customer service to find my size, hold it for me, show me how to get the best wear using all its functions, and then showing me how to fold it into its hood. Brilliant, garden variety, good old fashioned customer service from Paul, who really knows his stuff- a definite asset for MACPAC. Recommend this store and this staff to anyone.

        Guy that works there makes you feel very stupid when asking questions and made some comments to make you feel really dumb. Wasnt helpful I ended up going to Kathmandu and the girls there helped me buy what I needed
