        expect min 1 hour to see the dentist after your appointment time. We had the pleasure of waiting 2 hours today, ask the receptionist why and you'll get the scripted "medical emergencies have pushed us back or oh it was on time earlier today" just poor poor patient scheduling and in my opinion greedy practice trying to jam 40 patients into a 25 max day. Pro tip: if your appointment is 3:30 get there at 4 that way it's only maybe a 30 min wait. wish i could have given them 1/2 star...

        Terrible time management. Only 1 dentist and over 5 assistants that dont expedite things other than telling you where to sit. They never see clients on time, average waiting time is 1 hour. Receptionist only tells you if they are running late when you ask, horrible customer service.

        My daughter left her appointment in tears after the rude treatment from the staff. Not to mention routinely waiting over an hour to see anyone across her previous appointments. I do not intended to send any of my other children here.
