Maddi Parson is hands down the best nutritionist out there. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, and provides the greatest support for her clients. My experiences with Maddi was unlike anything else. She created a safe space to discuss emotional eating habits and helped me create a healthier mindset while also being understanding and empathetic to the struggles the journey holds. She is sweet and has the most contagious smile around. If you are looking for a nutritionist, do yourself a favour and start your journey with Maddi!!! 10/10

Maddi has such a great approach to nutrition and is so passionate about helping people create a positive relationship with food. She goes above and beyond and is such a caring and genuine person. I highly recommend Maddi for all your nutrition concerns!

I started seeing Maddi a couple of months ago and she has helped me change my relationship with food so much in such a short period of time. She gives you tools to live diet free and truly teaches you how to become in tune with your body. Cannot recommend Maddi enough to build a healthy relationship with food and your mindset around eating.
