From my initial meeting, I knew that my future home and I were in excellent hands. Natalie took the time to listen to what I needed and explained each step of the home-buying process and the benefits and downsides to each option that best suited my needs. At all times, she was friendly and approachable and was able to answer any pressing questions in a timely and professional manner. Both Natalie and Amanda were very knowledgeable with the current market and also gave the 'best and worst case' scenarios if the interest rates moved up or down, which was very helpful in planning for the unknown. Sharlene kept me up to date at each stage of the process - it was always exciting to read an email from Sharlene with an update of how my application was progressing. I also received regular check-ins from Natalie, Amanda and Sharlene - I always felt that they had my best interests at the forefront and that I wasn't just 'another client'.
