Got a glass screen protector from them today and some off it was already cracked and it wasnt applied on properly I dont recommend buying from this place .

I came here to get a replacement charging port for my iPad. After a few days I checked in to see how my repair was going. At first I was told it was being worked on, and then another person told me they ordered the wrong part. The correct part was coming from Melbourne so I patiently waited all week. Following up, I was told the part was in still in transit and that they would follow up on the Monday and tell me by noon what the outcome was. I received no call, so when I went to the shop, the person that told me he was going to follow up wasnt even working that day. The lady told me that the iPad was put back together again for me to take. I can understand that problems arise, but I found the lack of response and poor communication very disappointing. I waited nearly 2 weeks to get the iPad fixed, and then was given my iPad back without even a call to notify me what was going on. I went the another repair place in Miranda and they fixed it in less than 48 hours. Somehow and conveniently the part was in Sydney.
