        May 2023. Wow. All I can say is dont bother going in to see a lady named kaz Hopeless and rude are an understatement. We basically went in without a budget to book our honeymoon and she couldnt be less excited or less inclined to want to help us. Basically only wanted us to go to Thailand for some reason even though we wanted to go to Fiji or the Maldives-hardly the same thing? Was not listening to anything we said and just made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her day. I have never received service this bad at any travel agent and will not be returning.

        12 Months on I am still dealing with issues this branch caused me. Its amazing how much effort Flight Centre will go to so they don't allow you to use your credits. Your company has a disgusting manner towards paying customers!
