        Staff were friendly. The shoe measuring machine seemed pretty fancy. I only give 3 stars though because both my feet measured a size 8 yet I was told a size 9 would be best and now I regret spending $250 on size 9 shoes because they're far too big.

        My mum went in this afternoon and experienced terrible customer service. She had to repeat herself several times and after 20 minutes of frustration, she left empty handed. The staff didnt even know the correct information to tell her. We wont be returning anytime soon. Note to management - please hire more polite and knowledgeable staff!
