Peter Alexander Miranda

Have just gone into this store with my husband and kids to organise presents for 3 mums for mothers days. The music was absolutely blaring I could not hear myself think. I tried to talk to one of the staff about shoe sizes and ended up just leaving because I couldnt hear anything anyone was saying. Its hard enough to shop the day before Mothers Day let alone when the music is on full blast and you cant even have a discussion about purchase

The staff was so rude. If you dont like to treat customers equally, u shouldn't be working on retail as customer service. This is the first time my wife got treated so badly at Peter Alexander. We loved shopping at Peter's all the time, but you just ruined the reputation of the company as big as Peter Alexander. I am really disappointed how she got treated at this branch.

Absolutely beautiful Koori Art inspired PJ's (limited edition) purchased for my daughter. The staff on this day were unhelpful, keen to watch - no service unless requested! Felt 100% that I was being judged as a 'window shopper' until I pull a card out, wow, then a bit of ol' fashioned service came into play. The following purchase was made online & all dealings with the PA Miranda Store will remain that way until the Customer Service is adequate. Otherwise, totally Love Peter Alexander's entire range!
