My partner and I went to get his and his groomsmens suits over the weekend for our wedding. Susie was absolutely incredible. She was kind, helpful and funny. Susie made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and gave us honest feedback whilst choosing the suits. I could not recommend Susie enough. She is the best!

Staff were dismissive of my partner and I when we walked in, they did not want to help us because we didnt look a certain way. We asked if they had any short sleeve casual shirts and the clerk told us they only had long sleeve. I walked to the next shelf and found a pile of short sleeves, it made us feel awkward and out of place. Not a good experience.

WOW! 10/10 customer service with Kirstin at Miranda MJ Bale. My partner & I went in looking for his wedding suit and Kirstin's assistance and impeccable taste helped us pick the most perfect suit! Could not recommend enough.

I had a very disappointing experience sadly. The clothes were nice, but they had a full table of clothes at the front marked down (still very expensive). I chose a few items, some good and some that just looked awful on me (not their fault!), despite the sales member saying "I love that so much" to literally whatever I tried on hahaha. Anyway, I found two pieces I liked, took them to pay, only to find they weren't marked down. Despite being with the marked down items right next to the sign on the table. What made it sadly worse was, it was like "oh they shouldn't be there in the sales items". That was it. No, "oh that's our fault" or anything. I raised the concern but it was shrugged off. It wasn't like the clothing had been misplaced. There were piles of the items there. Regardless of the sign saying 2 for $200 across the table, some of the items there weren't apparently on sale and, naturally, I picked items that, only when scanned, were not part of the deal. Anyway... disappointing. There are laws about this kind of thing too but, I thought this review was enough. So, yep, I bought the two items at like $320 instead of what should have been $200.
