Poor service. Charge for everything that is apparently under warranty. Phone calls not returned. Dont recommend.

Could not have had a better experience with dental installations and their staff. Friendly, efficient and fair pricing. My new surgery looks great and the team has gone above and beyond to assist myself and my employees.

I sent in my +$10k intra oral camera to be checked and serviced with them. nothing happened for weeks and months until I called and they admitted one of their staff basically just lost it. everytime I call to follow up to rectify Tracy the manager is always on holidays or out of the office. This is an Ongoing fiasco for more than 2 years. eventually they offered to sell me a new one for $1000 discount or give me $1000 store credit which I did not accept. so they just didn't bother anymore. so in the end what happened? nothing. I have no camera because they lost it. that's it. did not bother to replace. basically said 'oh she doesn't work here anymore'. so. they are not responsible for their staff. another older issue: my touch pad adec button stickers were worn out. I didn't even bother with it until they told me it's under warranty and I should just get it replaced since its under 5 years. several weeks later I follow up and ask if they've sent the new touch pad stickers and they say 'no we can't sent them to you we have to come out and install them for you. there's a call out fee to come stick some new stickers on. you can't just send it? no. ' OK forget it. keep the stickers. I've also had many other warranty issues with them where the technicians tell me it's 100% under warranty. so what happens? yeah you guessed it. they want to charge me for everything. nothing under warranty. sounds about right. what an absolute absolute joke. come on. seriously. avoid like the plague.
