I was told because my son was healthy for 12 months and didn't need a doctor for that time period. To pay $150 because we hasn't seen a doctor for 12 months. How rational is that?! I wouldn't bother stepping foot in this place, the receptionists are rude and look down on you. Never going back! Miss the days when the late Dr Nasreen was in and the receptionists were exceptional now they sit on their high horses and want to take your money!! Avoid at all costs!

Rude receptionist, was very friendly to them, I did ask a few questions, which thought was in my right, but obviously they didnt like being asked questions, and hung up on me. This is not my first bad experience with the receptionists, with many a time finding after waiting long periods, they had neglected to put me down on the list/system to see a doctor and I was waiting for nothing, and when I went to ask why it had been an hour and a half and I had not seen a doctor they said there was an error with the system and I had not been properly out in the systemI had to wait a further hourthis had happened a few times now, and they never even apologised or were polite or even smiled or anything niceI find they are always sour and grumpy there, its not a very nice way to greet patients and they need a lesson in customer serviceif I treated my clients the way they do, Id have none!and they have been rude multiple

Not at all a good experience here- For a practice that advertises as bulk billing I was less than happy to be told that we had to pay $140 because my 14 yr old daughter hadnt been to see the dr for 12 months. Ridiculous to be penalised for not seeing a dr when its not needed. We wont be returning as none of the drs we have seen here or tge general service at the practice warrant those fees. Reception staff were hostile and borderline rude.
