I attended this store on the 18 March 2022 and was served by Amanda. She was utterly AMAZINGI had to write something so that HB know what an extraordinary staff member they have on their team. She made me feel so comfortable in a situation where I might have felt a little awkward, by making jokes and showing me different ways that pieces can be styled. She went above and beyond to bring me pieces and adjust sizing accordingly with interminable patience and kindness. She was honest and did not seem as though she was merely trying to hit KPIsher service was focused on me as a customer and making me feel beautiful in my lingerie. I hope that HB recognise that Amanda is an exemplary ambassador of their brand, because I can guarantee that if every sales assistant was as good as she, HB would never lack for profit or popularity. I will absolutely be returning to purchase from her, as I officially trust no one else with my underwear (to put it lightly). What a star!
