        Bought 3 gold plated rings. Within a month had lost all gold and turned silver. For the price of the rings, not worth it. Would not buy again.

        Decent price but my ring broke within a week of arrival. They told me they could replace it but I had to post it to them within 3 days at my own cost and get another ring back of the same quality. Edited because I got a customer service response 2 YEARS LATER... Every ring I have bought (I reckon about 8?) Are now broken or turned green and I have none of them so thanks for the response

        Bought two gold rings and a necklace. The necklace has been fine but the rings are terrible quality. Both have lost the gold colour, one has bent out of shape and is completely distorted now and 3 stones have already fallen out. Ordered 3rd of January so not even a month. Update to add, the necklace just broke.

        The return service offered by Courtney was over above my expectations. My daughter absolutely adores her mini tennis bracelet, just perfect for her school formal. She is so excited to have a bracelet that fits her as though it was made to order. The Silver collective are the best! Thank you!
