Miranda Jewellery Workshop have displayed exceptional craftsmanship, customer service and attentiveness in all aspects of my jewellery journey. I am so happy with the outstanding service provided and would not go anywhere else. My mothers engagement ring was handed down to me, and Tim did a beautiful job with restoring the ring, from the clasps, adding a lovely platinum band, and engraving a sentimental notation on the band. When listening to my concerns and queries, Tim has been knowledgeable and patient, whilst providing the best advice and course of action. Tim has resized all of my rings and I will continue to visit for all my jewellery needs. Thank you so much Tim. You have been so helpful and we are so grateful!

Disappointing experience with this jeweller and difficulty with the communication when I was experiencing quality issues with my ring. Ring material appeared to be poor quality causing the ring to bend out of shape on several occasions. Despite attempts at re-shaping and provision of a new band, I continued to have issues. Ended up needing to move to a different dealer as unable to come to a fair and reasonable resolution.
