I can't recommend Nic enough at Inner Peace Hypnotherapy. I had a girlfriend see him and speak his praise after the 1st session so I was keen to find out more. I have never tried personal hypnotherapy and was looking for help to further improve my life and support positive change. Nic was amazing to work with, really helping me clarify what I was looking for and then giving me the tools to bring those elements into my day to day life. I already have another friend attend through my recommendation and definitely worth attending with any support to improve your life and wellbeing.

Before I met Nic, I was in a very dark place mentally where I was experiencing daily panic attacks, severe insomnia and significant health anxiety after developing dysautonomia (specifically POTs from long covid). After my first session with Nic, I felt like I got my life back. Over the 5 sessions I had with him, he helped me work through my mental response to what was happening to me physically, which has helped immensely in my recovery. Not only do I feel so much better physically, but I feel mentally stronger too. He has given me so many tools that I can use to manage anxiety. Nic's patience, compassion and humour made me feel at ease during each session. I felt immediate results after each session too. It has been a life changing experience. I will be forever grateful to you Nic for helping me.

I came to Nic for therapy after having spent last couple years in therapy with a mainstream psychologist. I realised that I needed to go deeper in my healing journey and Nic has turned out to be a great experience! In a short period, I can see the difference in my thinking / making decisions / reactions, which I never experienced before. Definitely recommend therapy sessions with Nic.

I highly recommend nick and his hypnotherapy, what a life changer his had brought to me and my family to bring to life a better person, he has helped with processing thoughts, anxiety and depression, his work is amazing, I have already referred a few friends, if you're looking to book in don't waste time like I did.
