Dr Sonya Jessup

My appointment was cancelled by the clinic a couple of days before the agreed appointment date. Rather than agree to a deposit refund as I had no control over the cancellation of the appointment, I had to request a refund instead. It was finally agreed to (in writing via email) as it was an unusual circumstance of it being cancelled by them in the first place. I am yet to receive it 3 weeks later. Each week I have been told it will be done by the end of this week with nothing returned to my account since April 18th. My calls and emails during the past week are now being ignored by the clinic. This has been a shocking experience and quite unprofessional.

Dr Sonya Jessup helped my partner and I through our first trimester after two MCs. She is warm, professional, supportive and kind. The lovely receptionists assisted us weekly with regular appointments and support as well. We are so grateful to the whole team at Elsa Clinic, without them I dont know if we would ever been able to have a healthy pregnancy. Thank you.

I was so happy with the level of care, understanding, and professionalism Dr Jessop provided she explained every step of the procedure including post care. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jessop and her surgical team along with her in staff rooms who were very helpful also.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Tania. The week before surgery I was a mess with a lot of things going on and COVID lock down. Tania went above and beyond to assist me through the week and I really do not think she realises how much she really helped me. Thank you Dr Jessup for listening and providing a thorough consultation along with all my options. I did not feel rushed with all my questions and concerns and I have had multiple post op follow ups. Thanks Team!
