        Back at Golds after trying a gym closer to home. The other gym definitely doesnt have the same energy, awesome people, the best equipment in Sydney, the best owners and staff. Everyone at Golds is super friendly and helpful. Now when i get to the gym i look around and get inspired to train harder. And no pesky school kids!!!! Why did i leave?
