The go to Formal Hire place in the Shire. Great price and exceptional service from Katie and Dave who are very passionate and professional. The pre event fitting was a breeze with great recommendations from Katie. Could not recommend more highly.

Can't say we had a good experience unfortunately. The staff were friendly, but the jackets didn't fit one of the groomsmen, the ties didn't match so we had to purchase our own elsewhere the day before the wedding, suits arrived only 2 days before the wedding day leaving us unable to make changes, Katie kept trying to up-sell and bill us for vests that we didn't order, staff were bragging about up-selling to other customers in front of us. Despite some of these concerns raised, all were dismissed or deflected by Katie which was disappointing.

Had a last minute suit required for a Friday night Black Tie function. I went into the store on the Tuesday and they were great. Offered advice on what suits me best and great service. I called on the Thursday and spoke to another person and again very polite and said she would call when it arrived. 1 hour later I got the phone call and I was in the store the next morning to pick up and ensure it fitted. The guy also offered great service and advice. So I dealt with 3 different people and got great service. Will definitely be using them again when needed.

I couldnt recommend Ferrari in Miranda enough, purely because of Katie! I first met Katie about 3 months out from my wedding, and Im so glad that I did. I had 5 groomsmen of all shapes and sizes, that lived all over nsw. Katie went out her way to ensure that they were fitted perfectly, I was happy with it and that I wasnt stressed about anything. She was so accommodating and supportive. Honestly she made the whole process so easy and the guys looked really great.
