Nataly is one of the very few brokers who can genuinely assist in obtaining mortgage refinance on home loan approval for people with very difficult and complicated financial circumstances. Especially those who have a lot of credit cards and personal loan debt and wants to consolidate all into mortgage refinance. She is able to think outside the box not just by crunching numbers into the system like any other brokers do and give a straight yes/no answer based on serviceability. She actually can suggest legitimate solutions that can provide a high chance of approval by some potential lenders, which to my biggest surprise she did for me. I've never came across any other brokers like her and I was very lucky to have somehow stumbled across her and got the help I desperately needed.
