I purchased the Oroton matchbox linen dress last week from the Oroton store Miranda. Rebecca was the Oroton assistant she was so honest and helpful with me. I love this dress i have reveived so many comments. Thankyou Rebecca, Oroton Miranda. Lesley Murphy

Had rung up the store before I went there to confirm if they had a bag in stock. Not only did they not answer twice, but I spoke to a lady who did not listen to what I was saying in regards to her looking at the wrong bag. She provided me the wrong article number of the product and even though I told her thats not the right article number she continued to disagree with me. I asked her to search for the CORRECT article number matching the bag I wanted and she said no sorry we dont have that one so Im not going to search it. Quite disappointed with the lack of customer service and customer care. So for her mistake I then had to order it online (when this was for a birthday present on the weekend) and wait for shipping. And as I was in the area (unplanned), I visited the store just to be sure they didnt have it and to my surprise they did. Oroton, please educate your staff members on the importance of customer service and customer care. Not only did she not offer to look at another store, she simply refused to help as well.

So impressed with the customer service offered by Oroton Miranda. I was purchasing a special gift which was made all the more special by the oroton staff who were so accommodating. Not only transferring the bag but also welcoming the earlier pick up date I requested. The product is beautiful, I would recommend their services and look forward to purchasing from then again.
