        Excellent communication and very competent. I have been seeing him for years. He picked up a melanoma on my mother that was not a usual looking melanoma, she has made a full recovery thanks to Dr Pua.

        The receptionist made an appointment for me but my name wasn't on the system so I had to come back again. I specifically made an appointment to see Dr Pua but ended seeing a different doctor. I was quite disappointed. The receptionist, either Karen or Melissa made a mistake so please be careful when you make an appointment. I just wanted to share my experience.
