Crown Currency Exchange (Westfield Miranda)

The staff are very pleasant. However, make sure you do your research before you transact business with currency exchange places! I paid $200 AU to purchase Argentinian pesos that were only worth the equivalent of $130 AU. This transaction cost me $70!! Look around and give these places a wide berth.

Ripoff the worst rate around indeed Patrons don't waste your time .I got a better rate downstairs so really u must be joking far better rate then Crown useless.

They refused to exchange my money with Russian id, but said if i provide someone else's or any non-russian one they can do it. Well thank you, I'll find better place. Discriminating policy unbelievable for Australia.

Terrible rate quoted for me. Not sure if this pandemic related. Wanted to cut me out of 30 percent of the actual rate... As my own response to the below response I was quoted 2.86 Israeli Shekels per AUD. Rate at the time was 2.22 as pure FX exchange... Pretty damn close to 30 percent cut out. I get there is a pandemic but this differential is just ludicrous. Was quoted this rate over the phone.
