        Amazing customer service, especially during the busy season! Jo was just such a delight to work with. Unfortunately, my end didn't hold up and ended up not going ahead with the purchase, but despite this Jo was some seriously top-servicing individual. Her level & quality of commitment has left a lasting positive impression. In any case, if an opportunity arises again to work with Paracelle I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to the team.
