    Very poor service , you can't even contact them any way but to call them , then their computer systems are down everytime I call . Make orders and they get it wrong , spending so much time trying to find how to contact them is very frustrating. I'm not very happy at all with the customer service.

    This review is solely based on online Customer Service (not retail outlets as service is always good in store). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I ordered online $250 worth of accessories and realised as soon as the order had gone through I had only changed my address for invoicing and not delivery (yes my bad) I immediately rang customer service and asked for the order to be updated with my new address and I was told "as the order is pending I can't do anything about it as yet, ring back in 15-30 mins". So, I rang back in about 20 minutes and was then told it was too late to change the address as the order had gone into processing by this time, I was very frustrated and told them to cancel the order and I was also told that was not possible. I was then told to ring when I had been sent the Auspost tracking and they will be able to redirect it, so I proceeded to ring for the third time and was told they would redirect the parcel. Well of course this hasn't happened I have also spoken to Auspost twice and was told it is exceedingly difficult to redirect a package once sent. So of course, it has been shipped to my old address. I am unable to understand why this could not have been fixed immediately when I realised my error.
