        Really disappointed this morning, had specifically explained that my son has a dairy allergy when ordering an almond hot chocolate... he ended up having an allergic reaction whilst drinking it, so I went to let the staff know after I administered his medication (it's likely they had contaminated the almond milk, so it's important they are aware).. the 2 ladies literally stood there and said nothing when I told them.. not "is he ok?" Or "we are so sorry" or "do you need anything?"... nothing, just stared at me like stunned mullets. Really poor customer service... they did not seem to be the regular staff, so perhaps new and need some customer service training. Dietary restrictions: Terrible for allergies, very unsafe.
