I have been eating at the Hurstville location for a few years and visited Miranda three times now. I always order the Lanzhou Handmade Beef Noodle Soup with thick noodles and yes to all options. The noodles at Miranda have been perfect every time, the same thickness throughout. The broth tastes the same, but I think they add a bit less chilli, coriander and leek. Next time I would ask for extra which is never a problem, because they do ask if you want this and how much.

Great service and value for money. The price of dumplings are cheaper than everywhere, I tried the veggie dumplings and they were ok, cant taste the garlic chives though and the dumpling wrapper was slightly on the firm side. Im yet to try the other varieties and the noodle soup so I will comeback . I wish they have pork (maybe I overlooked). and shrimp dumplings without chicken.
