        Zero stars. Booked in for a $75, 1 hour clean at 1:05pm. The guy was rude from start to finish. After waiting 1 hour and 50 mins for a 1 hour booking, I informed the same man I had to leave in 10 mins to collect my son from school. He wasn't impressed, he said it would be another 25 mins. I explained I was having the car cleaned for my son as he was going to be driving for the first time if he got his Ls this very afternoon. My car was not finished and was given a voucher for a basic wash to return another day. Most disappointed and annoyed that the online booking meant nothing and my treat for my son did not eventuate.
