    I am at a loss at where else to turn here. Telstra has cancelled the wifi to my home with no authorization from myself. After a full day on the phone (no exaggeration- 12pm-4.45pm) I was advised i had to start again as a new customer and pay the relevant fees. I have had a contract with Telstra for 20 years- and am now being asked to fund an error that is not my own. I have questioned the details around how the cancellation was requested- via call? Letter? Email? No one can find the source of cancellation. There was no contact with me before cancellation commenced. At a time when we are all working from home and wifi is essential- this is the most horrendous customer service experience!!

    This was around the second week of July, when I was moving house, I needed a temporary internet connection in my new flat before getting a more permanent solution. So, I visited Miranda and the three Telcos there, and had narrowed my choices down to Optus and Telstra. At the end of the day, the sales person there Summer was very helpful from the start, he was so attentive towards what I needed and suggested the Telstra 4GX to buy outright eventhough Telstra was a pricey band for me, I really got what I paid for on top of the very efficient and helpful Summer who even helped me after when I was having problems with the device. I'm planning to visit the store if I can once I sort things out.
