        Such an outdated and terrible system of returns when purchasing online. Was told an assessment only of the goods I purchased despite the very visible holes and faults the dress was sent with - zooming into a photo was too difficult for them. They also will hold your money hostage for at least a month before returning ! Do not recommend at all.

        Disappointing shopping experience. Clothing sizes are all off between pants, dresses, jackets. Poor returns policy regarding refunds and exchanges. Extremely slow refund time. Customer service rigid and not helpful. Think twice if you are shopping here.

        What a terrible experience purchasing online Will never get anything from Bardot again got charged for an item that I didnt want chasing my refund since the 2 of December dont purchase anything from this company that will cause stress and unprofessional customer service.
