Went to Aplifon Sutherland who had heard of the trouble I'd had and went outof their way to make it right. This is worth handing back 3 stars for the effort hey put in to fix the problem and I am confident the company will try better to look after verterans in the future.
ORIGINAL 8 May 2023:
If you are a veteran, please avoid.
1. I rang ahead to ensure my 30km journey was not wasted, they agreed to call DVA to ensure all was good to go before arriving.
2. Showed up early as all good soldiers do, and found they had not called DVA.
3. Whilst on hold to DVA, they politely tell me that they have in intern on duty and they cannot do the testing or hearing aid fitting.
I hung up to DVA and walked out. Avoid at all cost. You deserve better.
