After a very busy small business setup stage and doing the accounting manually (and struggling to keep up), I decided it was time to start setting up Xero to improve efficiency and productivity. I had good intentions to spend time doing online tutorials (I did try some) and trying to ascertain what I needed to do to get my file up and running correctly. After several attempts and being time-poor, I was needing to be more effective with my use of time and so I decided to get help and booked some time with Accounting Heart . Best two hours I have had setting up my business requirements, as in that time Sonia had: Imported my historical bank account data Setup my bank feeds Setup my invoicing template Customised the chart of accounts Provided training on reconciling the bank account, including memorising transactions Setup, including integration to Xero, and provided training on Hubdoc to capture my invoices payable and receipts Without Accounting Heart's patient expert guidance I would have been still stumbling around worrying that I was going to stuff it up! I am now confident that with more practice I will be good to use Xero in my business on going. Thanks Accounting Heart!
