I have been seeing Brian for 20 years. I started to go there when in business and he is just as useful with personal tax matters. He is very good at what he does. I try to get in during the slower times for accountants. He does get very busy, which is to be expected at certain times of the year.

Our family and business accounts are managed by Brian and Brendan Carroll. We highly recommend the practice. From my personal experience I had relied on a previous accountant and book keeper and nothing had been lodged. My company missed important tax dates to lodge, I do not have the experience or understanding of company tax and needed immediate help. This was no issue or problem for Brian Carroll Tax Accountants. They are managing the process in a clear sequential manner, they are communicating with the ATO and this has reduced the stress and worry about tax and how to proceed.

Used Brian to do my personal tax return for years and no problems at all. Decided to start my own business and ever since then they turned into compulsive liars. They would constantly lie about everything, completing payroll, completing BAS, completing tax returns. All of which turned out to be untrue. I decided to go to another company that would actually do the work needed. Brian and Brendan were both emailed and called several times and asked to send over any information that they had. Brendan then decided to lock me out of the STP, which after giving me access to again briefly he then deleted, which is a criminal offence. They are required by law to pass on anything they have. So to sum it up if you want accountants that consistently lie and do illegal things these are the guys for you
