It has cheap prices but sometimes stuff you around with pickups for weeks and weeks. Their call centre is overseas and very hard to make a booking, because they don't understand what you're saying. Otherwise there service is ok for a to b car transport. They are very picky you cannot have a single item in the car, even a small parcel they will refuse pickup and charge you a fee. Make sure your car fits their guidelines or they won't hesitate to refuse pickup and charge you anyway 2 stars because of the sometimes reasonable prices, -1 star for the customer service, especially when referring to an issue with pickup. Even when it was mentioned at the time of booking, we still had to pay a fee for the car not being picked up. At no fault of our own. Not right at all

Was really worried on moving my EV from Syd - Perth as almost all movers have mixed reviews. Thankfully my experience with CEVA was seamless! Dropped my car in the Minto drop of on 2/5 , took like 15 mins to get sorted, then car arrived 2 weeks earlier than the month previously forecasted in Perth and ready to be collected 15/5 - (Car actually arrived 13/5 but was going to a weekend hence was able to collect monday) Just used their online tracking system which is vary accurate. Car arrived same condition I dropped it off (besides the bug splatters, which is norma if car is trasported via train.) Very happy client and will use their services again :)

This company has no regard for peoples time and money spent. It seems that have bitten off more then they can chew for workload, with no consideration for the customers (only there profit). These poor reviews will keep coming unless the system changes of which no one seems to want to help with. Its not ok to keep saying we have a delivery shortage and will let you know when we get a driver available Suggestion- offer pickup only until you get back on track! And adjust your prices accordingly.
