I'm a Commercial Property Manager and had an inoperable Louvre Roof System and an upset Tenant. Opening Roof Specialists came and saw and conquered. They were prompt, called me with a price whilst on site to save on attendance fees and got everything back on board in a few hours. Great folk, good communicators and I am very happy with price and result. Thanks all!

Opening Roof Specialists were a cut above the rest when it came to quality, professionalism and value for money. We recently had an louvred roof installed and a roller blind also and are thrilled with the result. They were a well oiled machine from beginning to the end. The install was particularly impressive not just in terms of quality (which was exceptional) but also the trades all turning up on time and being fantastic explaining each stage of the job. Super friendly too. Highly recommend.

These people fitted my opening roof back in April 2022. The roof continues to leak, downpipe leaks. It is extremely hard to get them to come back and service any defects. You constantly are waiting and waiting and no reply. Then when they do come out they attempt to fix leaks but no result. Then they make excuses that these roofs are meant to leak etc etc. Why would I pay $22,000 for a opening roof when it leaks when it rains? Why would I do that ? How can you use this roof when it rains, it's useless. Mark the sales representative sells you the world how good his opening roofs are and once he sells he disappears. Then you deal with the owners Tristan and Bradley and they are both unreliable and worse service ever. The opening roofs are faulty reason being the roofs are all custom made overseas most likely in China. The surrounding built in guttering system is too shallow. Therefore when u even get light rain water splashes over the guttering and onto your floor. The guttering system is faulty and needs to be amended. You would rather pay $5-6000 and get a fully sealed and fixed roof then this opening roof that does not work. I highly do not recommend this company and its contractors. Absolutely pathetic and unreliable and worst service. You would need to lodge a complaint into fair trading to get this company back onsite. Do not use Be careful Thanks
