As long as you don't actually plan to live in the house, you'll find the product durable. I dropped a men's belt on the floor a few weeks after we moved in following renovations, and it made a dent in the flooring about 1cm long. I contacted customer care - they told me that fair wear and tear is not covered. The local stockist in our town (a different flooring company) contacted Stockman's on my behalf to indicate that this was not acceptable. Stockman's sent a representative to our house to inspect the damage, and then indicated there was no way they would repair it, recommending that I use a tile repair kit from Aldi to try and match the colour and repair it myself (which of course would void the warranty). In short, the product looks great, but does not stand up to 'normal' life. A dropped coffee mug also produced a dent, as did a dropped metal salad server. I wouldn't honestly recommend this product to anyone, and I certainly wouldn't recommend Stockman's Flooring as a provider.
