Dr Anthony Robert Bertram - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Had one tooth and an impacted wisdom tooth extracted in Waratah Hospital. Dr Bertram explained every thing very carefully and the operation went very well. I found the receptionist pleasant and efficient.

My son and I had a great experience with both Dr Bertram and his receptionist. They both took the time to explain the procedure my son was having in detail and made him feel at ease. His receptionist was also really helpful in helping us clearly understand available dates at 3 different hospitals, costs and how to check with our health fund. Dr Bertam was very kind in reassuring me that I had not left procedure to late after an initial delay on my part. I know our dentist refers a lot of people to and is extremely happy with this practice. I can't fault them.

Consult was smooth and friendly. Dr Bertram explained the process clearly and helped me make an informed decision. Receptionist was very kind and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

If there was an option to give zero stars, this is what I would give the place. Both the doctor and the receptionist are highly unprofessional. I work in a medical environment too and would never ever speak to my patients the way this lady did. The specialist seems cocky too and well, no wonder he employed a receptionist as difficult as him. Additionally, I know a few friends who went there and had the same thoughts. Please do not go here and find a better dental practice, theres many out there!
