I was kept up to date every step of the way. The initial consultation offered a wide range of quality products and pricings. Laying options and preparation requirements were clearly explained. The quote was detailed and all inclusive. (No nasty surprises to complete the job.) The installer was very professional and had exceptional attention to detail. He was friendly and kept me advised all the way until the job was complete. No mess to clean up after. This was all handled by the installer. This is by far the best, most helpful, knowledgeable, price competitive flooring company in the Hawkesbury. Jen couldn't do enough to help. No pressure, just making sure we had what we needed to make the right decision, absolutely brilliant!. I'm not going to use anyone else for my floors in the future.
