I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tea Collective showroom in Mayfield, and I simply had to share my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how well-organised and beautiful the space was. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the showroom, from the stunning displays to the carefully curated product offerings. What really made my visit stand out, however, was the amazing staff. They were so attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all of the products and answer any questions I had. I was also pleasantly surprised when they offered to gift wrap all of my purchases - it was such a thoughtful touch. And the best part? The prices were incredibly affordable. I couldn't believe how much value I was getting for my money. Overall, I cannot recommend the Tea Collective enough. We are incredibly lucky to have such a gem of a showroom here in Newcastle. Whether you're a tea lover or just appreciate beautiful spaces and great service, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Brought a gift box for my mum and she was raving. They have a great shop at the front of their warehouse and the girls were really helpful in helping me choose a gift. They even wrapped it! They had a really funny little dog there too who greets you on arrival .5*

The tea collective makes such beautiful tea. Every tea I have tried has been delicious, I also have two candles and they have such great scents and I love the look of them as well. Such an amazing company.
