        What can one say about IWR Lifting Newcastle. If a score of 20/10 is possible, then its warranted. Shawn took the time to measure and install 3 x load binder ratchets within my truck. A good 25minutes was spent where Shawn went above and beyond my expectations, to ensure my equipment was securely fastened. This is what good old fashioned service is all about.

        The guys here are absolute legends. Took in a damaged bit of equipment today. We didn't call ahead just turned up, not a problem! They got onto it immediately even though they were flat out, replaced the damaged part and we were on our way literally minutes after arriving.. That was the third time I have used IWR for our business needs and every time was a great experience. Friendly and efficient. Thanks
