Conducted a valuation of my residence on behalf of a bank. Made very little effort, showed zero interest in being there. Valuation came in 60k less than another valuation that was completed the very next day by a different valuer...Doesn't come close to reflecting the recent property sales in the area. Definitely would not recommend.

Very dissatisfied with this mob. The valuer grossly undervalued my property due to storm damage in ceiling which is to be repaired under insurance. Informed bank that there was $20,000 damage and my place was a risk. Two separate assessments were done by a plasterer and a building assessor, estimating damage at $5,000. This result destroyed my chances of purchasing my new home. Called to put in a complaint and got laughed at and was told the team leader would contact me. Haven't heard from them. Only gave one star rating because 'no stars' wasn't an option. Disgusting!

A rushed and below average attempt at a property valuation. The valuation did not include any information about our second bathroom. Our property was compared to sold properties in the surrounding area that had sold 6 months prior, not up to date with current property sales. The Valuer had very little interest in conversation and listening, which would explain the missed bathroom in the report.

Do not waste your money. Could have done a better valuation by looking at sold prices on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au
