I visit frasers newcastle often. Each time Miles from Ducati has been very helpful and gone above and beyond! Jesse from finance is also a dream to deal with. Ive also had positive dealings with Luke! Cant recommend these 3 enough.

Great service by steve easy to deal with ,my wife took a harley for a couple of rides over a week period To be Shaw that the bike was for her, The staff were very helpful and That's why we bought the new harley from these guys

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen . They screen calls from customers to ignore their concerns and questions. A brand new $35,000 was put in for insurance repairs and after months of being ignored they still refuse to answer calls and messages and emails. Or return calls. Resorted to using a friends phone to get them to pick up and was told they wearnt in. This all after paying for extras on the bike that were not received but paid for , again no response. This place is very quick and extremely nice to sell you something , but if you need repairs , insurance repairs, getting anything thats paid for and not received? Forget it. They absolutely don't care less after the bike is sold . I would never ever deal with this buisness again and recommend you don't either. . If i could give no stars i would.
