I would not even give 1 Star. Grant Jones the Sales Manager is a direct liar!! Have been waiting for a commercial door since 21st September 2022 with constant lies and excuses from Steel-Line Newcastle. They could not run a bath!! 5 months and admin even rang a day ago to ask how the install went. Nothing has been installed!!! Useless con artist company who will be reported to the ACCC. Do not engage this company they take payment then never install the door.

Very nice to deal with but dissapointing that I waited over 3 months to be told they don't stock what I need anymore after i had been told they were ordering in these parts. I was constantly calling them no one ever returned my calls, so no I wouldn't do business with them again or recommend them to anyone but like I said they were polite and friendly.

Extremely disappointed. Steel Line have left us high and dry. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication, huge wait time, our garage door does not work and we cannot use the garage as a result. Do not use Steel-Line.
