SCORPION INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES

I recently imported 400kg on two pallets, air freight from China (June 2021). I decided to give a local Newcastle business a go, and I am certainly glad I did. From the outset, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent and Sharna kept me updated at every stage of the import process. Both the Scorpion agent in China, and the Australian delivery driver did an exceptional job too. The overall price I was charged was right inline with other freight forwarders that quoted on the job, however the exceptional service I received from Scorpion meant that they were better value in the long run. I will certainly contact Scorpion Freight in the future, when my next order is ready to ship.

Always helpful and diligent with my shipments. Communication is excellent and I have always been kept up to date on the status of my cargo. Highly recommend.

These guys have been nothing but trouble, my shipment is still in Sydney, they don't return calls, make up stories and don't care how their customers are treated. BEWARE

Absolutely Brilliant. They were more than helpful in answering all my many questions and gave me great advice on the best way to send my packages, and the price was confirmed up front with no hidden extras. Good arrived without a problem. If you need help, call and talk to them as they really do a great job!
