        Very slow online order processing times. Customer service did not acknowledge my emails or update me with my order. Zero communication skills. Don't wait for them to send you updates, follow up on YOUR OWN ORDER, as they won't do it for you. Or don't even bother with them and take your business elsewhere to receive your items quicker.
