I normally dont write these reviews, but had to take the time to call out excellent service. James responded to phone calls and texts within the hour and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He offered practical advice to resolve the issues I had in both bathrooms in my house and very reasonable prices for parts and labour. He showed up at the agreed upon time ready to work and ensured that there was no mess after he had remediated the issues. He was also very friendly, down to earth and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and will definitely be engaging his services in again the future. Services: Toilet repair, Toilet installation
