Zoom Recruitment - Mascot

I was recruited almost a month ago by Carlos and i was working in startrack chullora. Some of the supervisor sent an email to carlos for not putting me anymore on the roster. Reason they provided was using phone on the areas not permitted. I feel literal racism and partiality has been done to me. Because i am not the only one at the dock doing such petty things. In the morning the supervisor said someone who will use phone on the dock will be given oral and written warning which means 2 chances, but in my case they just sent an email that they dont want me anymore which is not justified at all. On top of that, i was not aware of the fact that i am not anymore needed at job because the email was not communicated with me and i was waiting for my roster from 3 days of this week. Moreover, other staff members including freight handlers and forklift drivers have been so mean and rude to me at work. Nobody listened to my side of story so i am writing them down here as It was the worst experience of my life.

AND I DON'T EVEN WORK FOR THIS MOB! I had the displeasure of dealing with Sophia, one of the most passive aggressive and manipulative people I ever spoken to on a phone in a while. Their inability to deal appropriately with people is second to none and quite inexcusable. When speaking to Sophia about a personal issue it was met with aggression and abusive responses not to mention the lack of listening. Sophia also likes to make threatening accusations based on NO knowledge whatsoever. She and her business also denies parts or all of her conversations with you if she wants to manipulate a situation. She may pull the wool over many peoples eyes given some of the feedback here but I am certainly calling her out on this. Good luck to those of you wishing to deal or be gainfully employed with them as their pleasantries will be really finite! RESPECT YOURSELF AND FIND ANOTHER AGENCY THAT TREATS YOU RIGHT!! IT'S ILLEGAL TO ABUSE PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY!!

Zoom are very friendly and easy to deal with on a daily basis. Ive worked for many different Agencies and I would definitely rate Zoom as one of the Top Agencies in Sydney.
