I purchased sunglasses online - $375.00. They accepted my money. They called me the following morning to say they don't have any in stock and that it might take at least a month to find some. I said I would have to call them back. Now they are not picking up the phone and I have emailed to ask for a refund - I can not get through to anyone nor have I had a response. This is terrible customer service and I would like a refund asap. Please communicate clearly if you do not have sunglasses in stock !!!

They are the worst company to deal with. Their product and their customer service is pathetic not sure which is worse. The products are of bad quality. First they made me wait for so long to process the order and have it delivered and it broke in a few days. And since december last year have been chasing them for the refund which they haven't even sorted out yet. So ridiculous the staff dont know the processes and aftee repeatedly asking them to call and update me i don't get a response
