        Running an hour behind at 9am in the morning. Edit* Returned, booked 8am appointment which is the first of the day and they still somehow manage to run 40minutes behind. THE WORST, don't waste your time

        The appointment they gave me was 11:24AM. I arrived 5 mins. before the appointment. Waited for more than an hour and still hasnt seen by the doctor. Although the reception and doctor were okay, its just a huge waste of time.
